Conflicted Health

Health is conflicted in many ways.  First we are in conflict with our minds.  Your brain perceives unhealthy food as a need, because of this reason it is extremely uncomfortable to pass up your favorite palatable foods.  Food is also conflicted because there are many studies that find different results about whats healthy and whats not.  Sorting through it all is difficult.  We are told when, what, and even where we should eat.

We know we should exercise, but finding the motivation is hard.  We are told exactly how we should exercise, and how we should not.  Then later on we are told that a completely different way of exercising is the best.
